PLANT CARE

Light

• Grows best in bright, indirect light
• Can tolerate low light spots, less watering frequency will be required, but red/pink coloring on leaf edges may be lost and the plant will grow more slowly

Water

• Water when the top 2 inches of soil begin to dry out
• Drought tolerant, can recover from neglect

Soil

• Should be planted in a loamy, moisture-retaining soil that drains well

Toxicity

• Plant is considered toxic to both cats and dogs
• Toxic principles are unknown, but symptoms of poison include dilated pupils, increased heart rate, vomiting, inappetance, and drooling
